At 18:18 EDT OneCloud engineers became aware of a connectivity issue with an upstream provider. While our services remained available through geo-redundancy, users in the eastern part of the US may have experienced a single incident of dropped calls and increased latency until 19:00 EDT. All services appear stable and we are continuing to monitor the situation.
